I live in Paris, where tragic events recently happened, on Friday, the 13th of November 2015.
It has been two days now, since more than a hundred innocent people got killed by a group of terrorists in Paris.
One of my good friends got injured.
Two of the best friends of a friend of mine got slaughtered.
I would like to thank the world for it's support, in this period where we cannot feel safe in our own homes.
Let these tragic events remind us, that even if we are in different nations, we are still, every one of us, a part of humanity, and we cannot allow ourselves not to fight against such threats.
Do not let them scare you, we are better than this. If you stay scared, then we have already lost the war.
Please take a minute to think about the massacres victims, their families, and friends.
Do not forget that such tragic events happen on a regular basis in Syria, where collateral damages from the bombings and slaughter from their government occurs, take a minute for them too, they are also in a lot of pain.
Grief results in anger, anger results in violence, but if violence can make this terrorist group disappear, then let us grief every single victim.
We are a country of freedom.
We are a country of equality.
We are a country of fraternity.
We are France.
